If you own pets and can’t care for them because you’re going through a foreclosure, contact No Paws Left Behind. They will try to help you by either finding a “No Kill” Shelter or try to locate a “Pet-Friendly” Apartment.

Another great charitable organization helping people facing foreclosure is i.am Home, which was founded by Will.i.am, the Black Eyed Peas frontman.
